Analytical and inquisitive, Dr. Anne Helsdingen is intrigued by the way people learn, think and decide. As an educational psychologist, with a background in human factors research, her ambition is to help people make better decisions.
Anne has over twelve years of experience in research and development. At TNO Defense, Safety and Security, she was involved in various European research projects and managed several projects for military customers. Most of her work related to training and education, for instance educational needs specification; design and implementation of training simulators and other new training technologies; and command & control training.
“My strength is to analyze complex, organizational systems and identify people's critical tasks and activities. A focus on these, enables us to efficiently and effectively optimize an organization's overall performance.”
